HAT Somewhat?
Hi. I unearthed a 'hat' from my lot. It is of unknown origin and material. Its brim is 15 and 3/4" in diameter, 8" diameter for the crown measured inside, and 5" height of dome. It has three dome-like bulges on the brim. Will appreciate an ID. If it is of any help, I got it from Bulacan, Luzon. Philippines. Thank you.

Hello.
This is frustrating. Not one reply.

Yes I am here, but unfortunately I don't know what this is... the material is also strange.. looks like fibre glass.. that would make it rather modern.

Thank you for replying. This is very much appreciated. It does look like fiberglass but it is quite heavy. Initially, I thought that it was a cover for a small well, or something to that extent.

Hi.
No, no set pattern. These are just lines going in no particular direction. Thanks for asking.

Vince

Hi Vince! It's interesting to hear about the hat you found from Bulacan, Luzon. From your description, it sounds like a unique piece.vantique123 wrote: ↑Tue Nov 15, 2022 12:23 pm Hi. By the way, I bought Wave Cap from ozdurag, one of the reasons why I am excited to start digging again because I bought outfits for this adventure.
Thank you.
