Probably a Himalayan region (Nepal?)local religion deity (Has part of an old label on the back: ".....S.No. 46 - Dingla Lady Kalsuali/Kalsvali - Height 24 cm - Width 5 cm" then a bit of pencil writing: "Pheto/Fheto ..27" (Himalaya ?)

I am sure its from this region, probably the Dingla region... but the exact function?
